Dr. Sai Kaustuv Dasgupta (b 06-10-1991) of Andhra Pradesh suffering from Osteogenesis Imperfecta (Brittle Bone Disease) which has left his body 90 percent disabled became the Fastest to type 28 words in 52 seconds with just his only functioning left index finger, in addition of doing international graphic designing with it, as on January 2, 2018. Dr. Sai Kaustuv has been honoured as 4th Global Icon after Helen Keller, Stephen Hawking & Srikanth Bolla with leadership traits acknowledged by millions around the world. He is on a mission to make India wheelchair-friendly country. He is a Motivational Speaker, Author, Singer, Composer and one & only differently able Happiness Coach in India.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) honour his ability and put his name in the world records category.
