Taptesh Kumar Mewal (b 20-10-1980) from Jaipur, Rajasthan (India) with his extraordinary work has inscribed his name in World Record as a creative Film Director of 100 Short Social films (Non-Commercial) with 10 Film festival awards at Mewal Film Studio Jaipur.
