Prasanta Mukherjee (b 24-04-1984) of Durgabari, Tinsukia, Assam (India) has become a world record holder for receiving the maximum number of certificates by online in 77 days. Mr Prasanta received a total of 302 certificates of national and international from various organizations all over the world.
