Swapnil Nazir (b 30-10-2001) a student of Assam Agricultural University of Jorhat, Assam, has set a state record for making the smallest pencil sketch of Mahatma Gandhi along with two persons holding a flag within 30 minutes measured 14 mm × 10 mm on the occasion of 15th of August 2020 at his residence.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) wishes him good luck and congratulates him for his brilliant efficiency.
