Tirthankar Sarma (b 05-03-1991) son of Hiram Devi & Hangshadhar Sarma a resident of Kamrup, Assam and A PhD Research Scholar student of Rajiv Gandhi University, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh has made the smallest glass painting of an one horned Rhino measured size 2mm × 2 mm at his place on 5th of September 2020. This challenging work took 15 minutes to complete.
