Mizanur Rahman (b 01-04-1966), a renowned teacher from Dhubri, Assam, on 3rd November 2020, laid out a cotton portrait of Rabindranath Tagore in 2 minutes and set a state record for the fastest drawn cotton portrait.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) congratulates him and honours Mr. Rahman with a State Record certificate.
