Dr. Arun Kumar Chaliha (b 16-01-1990) from Jorhat, Assam, India is the nation's first person to receive Major General rank at 27 years of age. Due to his combat science research, for which he received a letter from the Honourable Chief Minister's and Honourable Home minister's office. He already introduced his scientific research to the Government of Assam, India.

 

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) salutes him and places his name in it's National Record.
