Rishiraj Nath (b 23-01-2001), son of Bijoya Bora and Basanta Nath of Bokakhat, Golaghat, Assam and a student of J. D. S. G. College, Bokakhat, Assam has set a record for making tattoo while being blindfolded on 4th of January 2020, at his residence and had grabbed a slot in the state records.
