Timangshu Borah (b 10-12-1999), son of Dhanya Borgohain and Himeswar Borah of Borthekerabari, Dist. Lakhimpur (Assam), has created an artwork of Dr. Bhupen Hazarika (14 feet height x 9 feet width) using the smoke from an open flame from a kerosene lamp as a medium to create an appealing and incisive image.

 

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) recognises his efforts and awards him the State Record certificate.
