Dr. Darla Nageswara  Rao (b 12-01-1959), Replica Artist, working as an Artist in Government  Central  Press, Hyderabad,  Telangana, India. He has recently started making of Mini Indian Flags of size 6.5x4.5 cm and accommodated 36 Flags on a A3 sized white paper each day. He has made replica of 1800 Indian Flags in 50 A3 Sheets in  just 42  days. Dr.Darla used  water  colours  in Orange  on top, Green at bottom, and white space left in middle with the symbol of ASHOKA WHEEL in Blue colour Gel pen. These bunch of Flags was inaugurated on 15th  August, 2017 by Sri.K.Durga Prasad  garu, Dy.E.O., Municipal Corporation, Vijayawada at the "A.K.T.P.M.C.H. School) Andhra  Kesari Tangutoori  Prakasam  Panthulu  Municipal High School) Satyanarayanapuram, Vijayawada, Andhra  Pradesh. Darla's High Range Patriotic feeling towards the Nation has made him to break his record which was set at 720 Indian Flags.
