Uditra Narayan Dutta (b 01-09-2006), son of Devajani Saikia Dutta (Anjana) and Jiten Dutta of Rantijan, Lakhimpur, Assam, and a student of Agharamile Fine Art Academy of Lakhimpur, set a state record by creating a portrait of Dr Bhupen Hazarika measuring 29 inches x 22 inches using wax melt from a candle at his residence on June 23, 2021.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) recognises his talent and praises him and puts his name in the State Record category.
