Rajat Paul (b 18-02-1994), son of Ratan Paul of Mariani Town, Jorhat, Assam, has created a book measuring 6.0 cm 4.5 cm and including 90 pages of basic subjects such as history, polity, geography, and economics. According to the Assam Book of Records, this is the first smallest handwritten general knowledge book on Assam written using a ball pen in 4 hours. On July 15th, 2021, the record was set by him at his home.
