Naisha Rai Rajkakoti (b 14-09-2018), daughter of Dr. Nishanta Rajkakoti and Dr. Sarita Rai, of North Lakhimpur, Assam, has established a record for creating an illustration book titled 'AROUND ME' with paintings she did when she was between eighteen months to two and a half years old. The artworks in the book are inspired by things she saw when she was younger. She started painting at the age of 18 months and is one of the youngest people on our list of record holders to have done so.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) appreciates her talent and places her name in the State Records category
