MOST PORTRAITS MADE ON STONE
Niharika Deori (b 11-01-2002), a BA VIth semester student at Moran College, Moran, and the daughter of Anamika Deori and Hema Chandra Deori of Kurukani Deori Gaon, Charaideo, Assam has set a record for creating the most number of portraits of state musicians and writers in a single day. Using only fabric acrylic colour, she has made 20 portraits on 19 stones that are 6-7 cm in size.
The Assam Book of Records (ABR) recognises her skills and places her name in the state records category.
