The Assam Book of Records (ABR) is honoured to present Mr. Tilak Bhuyan, a 67-year-old physically challenged man of 20 years, with this certificate of appreciation. With his right hand, he has created a few exquisite pieces of work using cardboard paper. He has produced more than 150 works of wonderful fine art despite having one side paralysed. It is admirable that he has accomplished this kind of job despite his health and that he is an inspiration to today's youngsters.
