Rupankar Das (b 08-03-2016), a student of II standard at St. Joseph School, Azara, Guwahati, Assam, and, the son of Amrita Das & Rupam Das of Chandrapur, Hailakandi, Assam, has established a record for the answering of country names and its capitals quickly in less than 12 minute 20 seconds (extra time spent by the proctor while switching flags) while being shown random country flags. The record was successfully set on 9th May, 2023.
The Assam Book of Records (ABR) recognises him for his great knowledge on world’s countries and places his name in the state records category.
