Disha Khakholia (b 05-01-2017), a grade I student at Sarla Birla Gyan Jyoti, Guwahati, and the daughter of Madhu Khakholia and Yogesh Khakholia of Guwahati, Assam has set a record for assembling all the mixed chess pieces correctly on the board while wearing blindfolds in 70 seconds. The record was set on October 4, 2023 at her residence in Guwahati.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) recognises her skills by listing her among the state records.
