Radhya Harlalka (b 23-04-2024), the daughter of Diksha Modi and Kashyap Harlalka of Guwahati, Assam, has set a new record by reciting sixty country capitals in 2 minutes and 30 seconds with full confidence on 29th May 2026 at the age of 2 years 1 month and 6 days. She is a playhouse student of Vista Kids, Guwahati, Assam.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) appreciates her for this great achievement and places her name in its State Record category.
