Dr. Debasis Senapaty (b 13-08-1998) of Khordha, Odisha, has set a record for collecting the maximum number of photographs of food platters. He meticulously clicked and documented 29 traditional mouth-watering food platters representing 28 Indian states and one Union Territory during his visits, as confirmed on November 16, 2022. This unique collection highlights India's diverse culinary heritage through his personal lens.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) appreciates his documentation of India's rich cultural and traditional food diversity and keeps his name in its national record category.
