H. Vedaanshree Basumatari (b 20-03-2025) from Guwahati, Assam, and daughter of Trinashree  Basumatari and Hrishikesh Basumatari, has set a State Record for her remarkable achievement in the field of cute baby photography at a very young age. On 16 May 2026, at the tender age of 13 months and 26 days, her adorable expressions, innocent smile, and photogenic charm earned her widespread appreciation.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR), recognizing her exceptional presence and unique appeal, officially confirmed her achievement on 20 June 2026 and proudly entered her name into its State Record category.
