Vedaanshree Basumatari (b 20-03-2025) from Guwahati, Assam, daughter of Trinashree Basumatari and Hrishikesh Basumatari, has achieved a State Record for demonstrating exceptional charm, confidence, and joyful participation at a very young age. Her cheerful nature, expressive personality, and enthusiastic involvement in children's activities have brought happiness and inspiration to those around her. The record was set on 26th May 2026.
