Dr. Poduri Sreenivas Rao of Kakinada, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India, has achieved a remarkable World Record by becoming the first multi-talented artist to donate blood 58 times by the age of 75. A dedicated and registered blood donor, he donated blood regularly until he was diagnosed with diabetes. He was officially registered with the Indian Red Cross Society, King George Hospital (KGH), Visakhapatnam, and A. S. Raja Blood Bank, Visakhapatnam, reflecting his lifelong commitment to humanitarian service and voluntary blood donation.

The Assam Book of Records (ABR) has officially recognized this outstanding achievement under the World Records category.
