Rahim Uddin Ahmed (b 30-10-1974), a teacher at PM SHRI Palhazi HS School, Palhazi, and a resident of Chakabaushi Gaon, Barpeta, Assam, has set a remarkable record by writing 41 poems in the Assamese language, each based on a different letter of the Assamese alphabet. In every poem, all the words begin with the same designated letter, and no letter is repeated in another poem. Thus, all 41 poems were uniquely composed using 41 different letters. The record was registered on 25th July 2026.
The Assam Book of Records (ABR) appreciates Mr. Rahim's patience, creativity, and profound command of the Assamese language, and proudly places his name in its State Record category for this exceptional literary achievement.
